Have you seen the long printout on the packing list for online orders? I have seen senior employees squinting hard; often bringing the long receipt closer to their faces, checking each line item in small fonts. It's painfully ineffective and prone to errors (i.e more complaints + refunds).

According to the National Library of Medicine, the ideal font size for 60 years old & older is between 14 to 22 points (English Characters) at a viewing distance of 40cm.

A simple change in today's receipts will improve productivity significantly.
